ODG BELL FUND

The ODG Bell Fund aims to raise money for the restoration, maintenance and repair of bells within the Diocese. The fund raising committee of the East Berks and South Bucks branch is a group of volunteers who source or make and sell various goods in aid of the bell fund, the interest from which is used to assist in financing the maintenance and restoration of bells throughout the Diocese.

The EBSB take merchandise to local bell-ringing events to sell and to some markets and charity events. Some, but not all, of the products can be ordered by mail.

Please look through the items that are available on the EBSB Bell Fund website and contact them directly if you wish to make a purchase.

GUILD WEB SITE

As you can now see the Guild web site has been given a complete makeover. Whilst much of the original information has been retained we have begun to introduce new documents and information from the Archives and elsewhere so that you can see some of the history of the Guild and more.

So keep looking for updates over the coming months.

We have tried to make the site easy to use and understand and hope that you will find the navigation between pages and information helpful.

One of the key objectives is to improve communication to all members of the Guild, that is where you come in. Without your input we cannot hope to communicate all the good news, events and activities within every branch to all the members. Therefore, please send us you news, however small or insignificant you think it is.

It may be a "first" for a member such as a quarter peal or a full peal or maybe somebody is getting married, celebrating an anniversay of note or the inevitable sad news of a departed ringer.

The branches do have their own websites and we have used these wherever we can to link to information that should be useful to you. It is hoped that over time all the branches and the Guild can co-ordinate all the websites so that the look and feel has some common standard. This is no easy task so please bear with us whilst we work on the details.

Please send all your news and events to the as soon as you have anything for inclusion on this website.

Thank you.
