New Ringers’ Welcome!
If you are new to ringing, recently elected to the ODG or a Ring for the King Recruit – this is for you.
The ODG Officers invite you to a New Ringers’ morning on Saturday 15th July from 0930 – 1200 at The Croft, Milton Hill, Steventon, Abingdon, OX13 6AB.
At 0930 there will be an informal presentation about the structure of the Guild and how it works.
From 1000 try your skill on an easy mini ring, enjoy a beginners’ guide to ringing jargon, and have a go at handbells.
There will be the opportunity to purchase many useful books all about ringing, as well as Guild polo shirts, sweaters, marmalade, and mouse-mats!
And, of course, coffee, tea, cakes, and a chance to make new friends for life!
