We are very pleased to report that Michael Kelly and Anita Knipe from Standlake passed their ART LTR Level 1 assessments at Kirtlington and Dorchester Ringing Schools on 4th November, many congratulations to them!
This is a significant milestone as Michael and Anita are the first of the Standlake Ring for the King recruits to graduate from Ringing School handling classes. Looking forward to more Standlake ringers to join them!
Michael’s reaction to passing his assessment was:
“The Ringing School bell handling classes have been excellent, along with the superb, patient help from Ian and Catrin at Aston who have gone above and beyond to take on so many untrained bell ringers and start them off with a really good grasp of technique.”
