The Bell Fund Annual General Meeting was originally scheduled for Saturday, 14 March. However, due to an administrative oversight as well as illness and bereavement among trustees, completion of the required documentation was not possible. Accordingly, the Bell Fund AGM will be rescheduled to 16 May, coinciding with the Guild AGM. This revised date adheres to Rule 6a, which stipulates that the AGM must be held prior to June 1st each year.
