I thought you would be interested to know that the Whiting Society has now concluded the digitisation and online publication of Fred Sharpe’s books, with the kind co-operation and collaboration of the Sharpe Trustees. Take a look:

https://www.whitingsociety.org.uk/old-ringing-books/old-books-menu.html

… and scroll down to Sharpe. As you have on the ODG website an excellent page on Fred Sharpe, you might think it appropriate to put in a link, as the works to which the page refers are now available to all comers as free downloads.

There are two further works, “Channel Islands” and “Gloucestershire” which Fred authored jointly with David Cawley and Mary Bliss respectively. There are other copyright holders involved with these and negotiations are ongoing. It is hoped they will be added to our online library in due course.

All good wishes,

Michael Foulds
